PowerFlex: PFMP License Error ASMCOMMONS.0070 Appears Before GW Upgrade

Impact 

Unable to apply for a PowerFlex license.

Cause

During an OTM, if the PowerFlex gateway (GW), named in the UI "PowerFlex System" (PowerFlex 4.x), has not yet been upgraded and the license is being imported into the system, the license details may differ from the system details saved in the GW (PowerFlex 3.x).

PowerFlex Manager Platform (PFMP) requires consistent system details for certificate validation.

Resolution

Finish the upgrade process (OTM) before applying a PowerFlex license.
