Cause

Disk byl přítomen na OBS, ale je uzamčen.

Resolution

  1. Spuštěním následujícího příkazu zadejte všechny podrobnosti o disku.
cs_hal list nvmes
  1. Pokud je disk uzamčen, je nutný fyzický zásah.
  2. Pokud se funkce Dial-Home nevygeneruje, obraťte se na technickou podporu společnosti Dell otevřením žádosti o službu.
