Symptoms

在 韌體相容性>目錄管理中建立目錄並手動新增目錄 URL 路徑時，機箱嘗試下載檔案時可能會發現下列錯誤：

目錄管理顯示無法下載目錄

Running
Processing repository information.
Attempting to connect to repository.
Downloading catalog failed.
Unable to download the catalog file. Make sure that the remote repository is available, also if a certificate was used in the request, then make sure is valid.
Task Failed. Completed With Errors.

Cause

目錄下載失敗的原因仍在調查中。

Resolution

此問題可能會在未來的 MX7000 韌體版本中修正。

如果本機託管，則網路檔案系統 （NFS） 和通用網際網路檔案系統 （CIFS） 等替代共用類型可用於下載目錄。

如果需要使用 HTTPS 共用下載目錄，可使用 OpenManage Enterprise （OME） 來管理機箱並成功下載目錄。
