Symptoms

Severity: Warning
A VxRail event VXR108100 occurs, and a yellow alarm appears in the vCenter portal.

Cause

For continued functionality of VxRail Internet Updates and eService support features, Dell Identity enhancements in version 8.0.330 or later are required.

Resolution

Dell Identity authentication enhancements for in-product VxRail Internet Updates and e-Services features have been integrated with version 8.0.330. The previous authentication method is retired in January 2026. VxRail Internet Updates and e-Services support features stop functioning if not updating to 8.0.330 or a later version.

The Dell Support Account section in Figure 1 will not be able to perform any actions after January 2026 and is replaced by the section in Figure 2 in version 8.0.330 or later.

To ensure the continued functionality of VxRail Internet Updates and eService support, update to VxRail 8.0.330 or a later version.
