VxRail-käyttöönottosivulla käyttöönottotyö juuttuu seuraavanlaiseen ilmoitukseen:

Initial configuration vCenter

pikanäppäimellä VAMI sivulla näkyy: 

Unable to get deployment status

Error: Käyttöönoton tilaa ei voi hakea

Cause

vCenter ei saa yhteyttä DNS-palvelimeen.

vCenterin firstboot lokissa näkyy: 

cat /var/log/firstboot/failed.

Failed to configure network

Näyttökuva, jossa näkyy epäonnistunut virhe

Resolution

Varmista, että vCenter voi ping DNS-palvelin.
ICMP Liikenne on joskus estetty vCenterin ja DNS:n välillä. vCenter tekee esitarkistuksen käyttöönoton aikana.
