Symptoms

Nella pagina di deployment di VxRail, un processo di deployment è bloccato con il seguente messaggio:

Initial configuration vCenter

La colonna VAMI La pagina mostra: 

Unable to get deployment status

Errore: Impossibile ottenere lo stato di deployment

Cause

vCenter non può raggiungere il server DNS.

vCenter di firstboot Il registro mostra: 

cat /var/log/firstboot/failed.

Failed to configure network

Schermata che mostra l'output con errore non riuscito

Resolution

Assicurarsi che vCenter sia in grado ping il server DNS.
ICMP il traffico tra vCenter e DNS è talvolta bloccato. vCenter esegue un controllo preliminare durante il deployment.
