Symptoms
VxRailの導入ページで、導入ジョブがスタックし、次のメッセージが表示されます。
Initial configuration vCenter
「 VAMI ページには次の内容が表示されます。
Unable to get deployment status
Cause
vCenterがDNSサーバーにアクセスできません。
vCenterの firstboot ログには次の情報が表示されます。
cat /var/log/firstboot/failed. Failed to configure network
Resolution
vCenterが次の操作を実行できることを確認します ping DNSサーバー。ICMP vCenterとDNSの間でトラフィックがブロックされることがあります。vCenterは導入時に事前チェックを行います。
