Symptoms

VxRail dağıtım sayfasında, bir dağıtım işi aşağıdaki mesajla takılı kaldı:

Initial configuration vCenter

Komutta VAMI Sayfa şunları gösterir: 

Unable to get deployment status

Error: Dağıtım durumu alınamıyor

Cause

vCenter, DNS sunucusuna erişemiyor.

vCenter'ın firstboot Günlük şunları gösterir: 

cat /var/log/firstboot/failed.

Failed to configure network

Arızalı hata içeren çıktıyı gösteren ekran görüntüsü

Resolution

VCenter'ın aşağıdakileri yapabildiğinden emin olun ping DNS sunucusu.
ICMP vCenter ile DNS arasındaki trafik bazen engellenir. vCenter, dağıtım sırasında bir ön kontrol yapar.
