Symptoms

Les systèmes PowerEdge équipés du bloc d’alimentation Dell Chicony (X1HXF) peuvent signaler un « défaut de sous-tension détecté » sur le bloc d’alimentation.

Exemple de journaux d’erreurs :

PSU0001	   Power supply 1 failed.
PWR2500	   An issue is observed in a power source on component Power Supply 1, (PS1 PG).
VLT0204	   The system board PS1 PG voltage is outside of range.
PSU0034    An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.

L’erreur disparaît après la réapplication de l’alimentation d’entrée au bloc d’alimentation. Cependant, la même erreur peut se reproduire.

Cause

Une chute soudaine de tension interne du bloc d’alimentation est à l’origine du problème.

Resolution

Mettez à niveau le firmware du bloc d’alimentation vers la version 00.0E.12 pour résoudre ce problème.
