Symptoms

  • TSB-samlingen kjører mot mer enn 20 noder
  • Høyt CPU- og minneforbruk på virtuelle PFMP-maskiner (VM-er)

Innvirkning: PFMP-grensesnittet er nede, og administrasjonsfunksjonene påvirkes. 

Cause

På grunn av et programvarekodeproblem resulterer flere TSB-samlinger i at pods mislykkes.

Resolution

PFMP-podsene skal komme seg etter noen timer uten manuell inngripen.

Løsningen:
Kjør TSB-logginnsamling på færre enn 20 noder.
