Symptoms

NMDA Sybase-sikkerhedskopiering mislykkes med følgende fejl:

  • Fra nsrdasv log:
Unable to create the syb worker pool.
run_sybase_child: Exiting with error: The child nsrdasv exited with a non-zero return code: 139
  • Fra SAP ASE log:
There are not enough 'user connections' available to start a new process. Retry when there are fewer active users, or ask your System Administrator to reconfigure ASE with more user connections.
Error: 1601, Severity: 17, State: 3

Cause

Fejlen opstår, fordi SAP ASE har utilstrækkelige tilgængelige brugerforbindelser. Dette forhindrer NMDA i at oprette den Sybase-medarbejderpulje, der kræves til udførelse af sikkerhedskopiering.
