Symptoms

The vProtect File Level Recovery (mounted backup) 'Download' process appears to fail when a requested file to download is larger than a certain size.
 

Within the vProtect user interface when download fails, an error message similar to the following is reported:

Cannot connect to the server.

There is a temporary .zip file left under /opt/vprotect/server folder on the vProtect server host after the failed download,

Resolution

The Issue has been resolved in PowerProtect vProtect 19.20.0.720-82 and later versions.
