Symptoms

Устройство PowerProtect Data Manager используется для защиты среды vSphere с помощью решения VM Direct Engine. Развертывание VM Direct Engine в кластере демилитаризованной зоны (DMZ) завершается сбоем на этапе инициализации. Состояние системного задания показывает:

ProxySession unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy and verify the vProxy my-proxy.my-domain.com. Unable to query vProxy status after 'Deploy'. Request unsuccessful. Unable to connect to External vproxy 'my-proxy.my-domain.com' on port '9090', the host service is not running.

Action : Deploy

Cause

Устройство PowerProtect не имеет доступа к VM Direct Engine через порт 9090.

Resolution

Межсетевой экран среды или сеть должны быть настроены таким образом, чтобы разрешить устройству PowerProtect обмениваться данными с модулем VM Direct Engine через порты 22 и 9090.
