Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 一体机用于通过 VM Direct Engine 解决方案保护 vSphere 环境。在初始化阶段，隔离区 （DMZ） 群集中的 VM Direct Engine 部署失败。System Job 状态显示：

ProxySession unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy and verify the vProxy my-proxy.my-domain.com. Unable to query vProxy status after 'Deploy'. Request unsuccessful. Unable to connect to External vproxy 'my-proxy.my-domain.com' on port '9090', the host service is not running.

Action : Deploy
TransportMode : HotaddPreferred

Cause

PowerProtect 数据保护存储设备无法通过端口 9090 访问 VM Direct 引擎。

Resolution

环境防火墙或网络必须配置为允许 PowerProtect 数据保护存储设备通过端口 22 和 9090 与 VM Direct Engine 通信。
