Resolution

1) Verifique se o pacote cumulativo mais recente instalado do NVE
# avosrollup -V
Avamar Platform OS Security Rollup:
OS[SLES12.5] Version[2025-R2-v3] Installation Time[2025-10-17-13-01-37]

Isso indica o pacote cumulativo já instalado no sistema. No entanto, o processo ainda não foi concluído. 

2) Verifique se o arquivo xml cumulativo após a atualização existe 
nve193:~ # grep package-survey /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-*-post_errata_installation*.xml

3) Remova o arquivo xml
# mv /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-SLES12.5-post_errata_installation-2025-10-17-13-01-37.xml /tmp
# mv /usr/local/avamar/var/package-survey-SLES12.5-pre_errata_installation-2025-10-17-13-01-37.xml: /tmp

4) Reinicie o serviço avi
nve193:~ # avinstaller.pl --restart

5) Faça log-in na GUI do NetWorker Install Manager e continue o processo de atualização cumulativa clicando em "Retry Current Task".
