Symptoms
Starting from 4.2, in a cgroup2 system, if Am detects that atlas cgroup2 memory and procs settings fail, a critical alert is generated.
Cause
The creation of the /sys/fs/cgroup/atlas directory in boot_datasvcs_lib.sh failed, resulting in the lack of the cgroup.procs file under the directory, and thus the cgourp2 setting failed.
