  • アンインストール ウィザードが起動しますが、手順の最後には完了しません。

Cause

この問題は、NetWorkerが使用するJava Runtime Environment (JRE)またはNetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE)がNetWorkerの前にアンインストールされた場合に発生します。

Resolution

  1. 使用しているNetWorkerバージョンのNetWorker Runtime Environmentを再インストールします。NetWorker：ランタイム環境(NRE)リリース
  2. NREがインストールされたら、NetWorkerをアンインストールします
