Cause

Esse problema ocorrerá se o Java Runtime Environment (JRE) ou o NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) que o NetWorker usa for desinstalado antes do NetWorker.

Resolution

  1. Reinstale o NetWorker Runtime Environment para sua versão do NetWorker: NetWorker: Versões do Ambiente de Execução (NRE)
  2. Depois que o NRE estiver instalado, desinstale o NetWorker
