  • 無法從控制台解除安裝或移除 Windows 上的 NetWorker 軟體
  • 解除安裝精靈會啟動，但在程序結束時未完成。
  • 解除安裝記錄會報告下列錯誤：

Cause

如果在 NetWorker 之前解除安裝 NetWorker 使用的 Java Runtime Environment （JRE） 或 NetWorker Runtime Environment （NRE），就會出現此問題。

Resolution

  1. 為您的 NetWorker 版本重新安裝 NetWorker 執行時環境：NetWorker：執行階段環境 （NRE） 版本
  2. 安裝 NRE 後，請解除安裝 NetWorker
