Andre symptomer omfatter AVscan Job, der fejler, og ikke kan se AVscan Rapporter. En kernefil kan blive placeret i /var/crash Mappe.

Cause

Låseproblem introduceret i OneFS 9.10-kode.

Resolution

Der findes ingen løsning til OneFS 9.10.1.x, 9.11.x eller 9.12.x. Klyngen skal opgradere til 9.13.x eller nyere versioner. Slå knappen / AVscan Daemon for midlertidig nødhjælp:

powerscale1-9# isi services -a isi_avscan_d disable; sleep 30; isi services -a isi_avscan_d enable

Overvej at migrere til en CAVA-antivirusløsning, som ikke oplever dette problem.
