Symptoms

NetWorker Module for Meditech versions 19.14.0.0 and lower do nor to support RecoverPoint 6.x for Virtual Machines in vCenter 8.0.3.

Cause

NetWorker Module for Meditech does not support RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 6.x due to "Backup Application Programming Interface" (Backup API) changes.

Resolution

A "Hotfix" is available on top of NetWorker Module for Meditech version 19.12.0.0 build 21 to address this issue.

The Hotfix will be rolled in to a future release of NetWorker Module for Meditech through NETWORKER-119606.
