Symptoms

| 12031 | ERROR | HTTP port configuration change not synchronized. | The unsecured port auto close is failed due to CMF change not synchronized. |
This alert appears in the following cases:
- Upgrading OBS to version 4.3
- Switching the system Geo connection to HTTPS
- The Geo communication switch task scanner has shut down the HTTP port a Configuration Management Framework (CMF) change, but the CMF change is not synchronized after three hours.
Cause
The unsecured port auto close failed due to CMF change not synchronized.
Resolution
Use svc_param to check if the CMF change is synchronized:
svc_param status | grep stateIf it is synchronized, it should return this message:
"state": "SYNCHRONIZED"If this message does not appear, it is not synchronized.
Contact Dell support if the state is not synchronized.
