There are many different Support Options available to customers.

Each offering comes with specific entitlements, with a range from Basic Hardware support through to ProSupportPlus Mission Critical. 

A guide to each level and the details wherein are  listed in a presentation attached to this KB.

This presentation is valid on 22nd April 2026. It is updated continuously, please reach out to your account team for a more recent version. 

Customers can check their current entitlements via the dell portal, using their asset Serial Number/Service Tag.

Customers can check their current entitlements against the pop out as below.

If these differ from what the customer is expecting they can contact the account team via the Renewal or Extension option.
