Cause

Forsøk på å logge på Data Domain-brukergrensesnittet mislykkes med ugyldige påloggingsfeil. Tilkobling til datadomenet over SSH for å kontrollere sertifikater viser at https-sertifikatet er utløpt.

Resolution

Fornyelsen av Data Domain-sertifikatet må utføres, og deretter må sertifikatet oppdateres i PowerProtect Data Manager. Følg instruksjonene i Data Domain: Webgrensesnittet er utilgjengelig på grunn av utløpt https-sertifikatfor å fornye Data Domain https-sertifikatet.
 
Når sertifikatet er fornyet på Data Domain, fornyer du sertifikatet i PowerProtect Data Manager.

DD-sertifikatfornyelse i PPDM

Den berørte policyen må ha den mislykkede konfigurasjonsjobben startet på nytt for at Data Domain skal kunne opprette den manglende mappen.
