Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 文件系统代理备份因代理问题而失败，并显示错误 SQLite 数据库初始化失败。Application Agent 日志显示：

Cause

尝试登录 Data Domain UI 失败并显示无效登录错误。通过 SSH 连接到 Data Domain 以检查证书表明 https 证书已过期。

Resolution

必须执行 Data Domain 证书续订，然后必须在 PowerProtect Data Manager 中更新证书。按照 Data Domain中的说明进行操作：由于 https 证书过期，Web UI 无法访问，无法续订 Data Domain https 证书。

在 Data Domain 上续订证书后，在 PowerProtect Data Manager 中续订证书。

PPDM 中的 DD 证书续订

受影响的策略必须重新启动失败的配置作业，才能允许 Data Domain 创建缺失的文件夹。
