Cause

미디어 데이터베이스 손상

Resolution

경고: 미디어 데이터베이스가 손상되면 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다. 또한 부트스트랩을 백업할 수 없으면 서버 문제 발생 시 부트스트랩 복구가 필요한 경우 데이터 존이 문제에 노출됩니다. 계속하기 전에 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.

NetWorker 미디어 데이터베이스의 부트스트랩 백업은 다음을 사용하여 직접 백업 및 복구할 수 있습니다 nsrmmdbasm 명령: nsrmmdbasm을 사용하여 NetWorker 미디어 데이터베이스를 내보내는 방법을 참조하십시오. 

서버 보호 > 서버 백업 서버 db > 백업 작업과 nsrmmdbasm 명령이 모두 수동으로 실행되지 않을 경우 복구에 사용할 수 있는 부트스트랩 데이터베이스 백업이 없으므로 지원 팀에 문의하여 수동 수정을 지원해야 합니다. 이를 위해서는 다음이 필요합니다.

  1. NetWorker Server 서비스 종료
  2. 사본 압축 /nsr/mm/mmvolrel 폴더 및 업로드
  3. mmvolrel 폴더의 이름을 바꾸고 지원 부서에서 제공한 고정 복제본으로 교체
