Symptoms
NetWorker 伺服器保護引導程式儲存集失敗，並顯示下列錯誤訊息：
Bootstrap fails: 4746:save: external ASM `nsrmmdbasm' exited with code 1
Cause
媒體資料庫中的損毀
Resolution
警告： 媒體資料庫損壞可能導致數據丟失。如果發生伺服器問題，需要復原引導程式，無法備份引導資料庫也會使資料區暴露在問題中。請先聯絡支援部門，再繼續進行。

如果伺服器保護 > 伺服器備份 > 伺服器 db 備份動作和 nsrmmdbasm 命令手動執行都失敗，您將需要聯絡支援部門以協助手動修正，因為沒有可用的引導資料庫備份可供還原。這將需要：
- 關閉 NetWorker 伺服器服務
- 將
/nsr/mm/mmvolrel資料夾與上傳 - 重新命名 mmvolrel 資料夾，並更換為支援提供的固定複本
