Symptoms
Configuring a Sybase client using the client configuration wizard times out.
Cause
NMDA relies on the Sybase administrator's ability to dump databases and load databases when performing Sybase backup operations and recovery operations. The Sybase user specified in the "username" field does not have the privilege to do administrative task in the Sybase database.
Resolution
Grant an appropriate role for the Sybase user. Refer to the table below.
Retry the client configuration wizard.
