Symptoms

In diesem Artikel wird beschrieben, wie Sie einen Fehler bei der Installation des Isilon Drive Support Package umgehen.

Die Installation des Isilon Drive Support Package 1.x schlägt mit der folgenden Ausgabe fehl:
 

Cluster# isi_dsp_install /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar
Installed Drive_Support_v1.4
WARNING: /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar is not installed
ERROR: No logdata lines for 2015-03-23 10:25:13 or later
DSP Install Failed, 103.589804888 sec elapsed

 

Cause

Dieser Fehler wird verursacht, wenn ein FRU-Paket (Field Replaceable Unit) auf einem der Nodes des Clusters installiert ist.
 

Resolution

 Dieses Problem wird behoben, indem das FRU-Paket von allen Nodes auf dem Cluster entfernt wird.
 

  1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass auf mindestens einem Node des Clusters ein FRU-Paket installiert ist:
isi_for_array "isi pkg info --forced_local | grep IsiFru_Package"
  1. Entfernen Sie das FRU-Paket aus allen Nodes:
isi_for_array "isi pkg delete --forced_local IsiFru_Package_<timestamp_from_step_1>"
  1. Installieren Sie jetzt das Isilon Drive Support Package:
isi_dsp_install Drive_Support_v<version>.tar
