ndu pre-check Příkaz zapnut VPlexcli z jednoho z clusterů VPLEX vrátí chyby. Při spuštění předběžné kontroly NDU z jiného clusteru nejsou nalezeny žádné chyby.

Cause
Po upgradu na verzi GeoSynchrony 6.1 mohou v konfiguračním souboru na serveru pro správu chybět podrobnosti, kvůli kterým příslušný cluster vrací chyby ve výstupu předběžné kontroly NDU.

1. krok: Přihlaste se na web

3. krok: Výše uvedené dva kroky potvrzují, že k problému dochází pouze v clusteru 1. Zavřete obě relace PuTTY.
4. krok: Spusťte novou relaci PuTTY na server pro správu clusteru 1 s účtem služby a restartujte služby serveru pro správu z nejnovější verze.
7. krok: Připojte se k serveru pro správu clusteru 1 a přihlaste se k

Ignorujte všechny zobrazené chyby.
V případě, že se
Krok 5: Restartujte management-server pomocí následujícího příkazu.
mgmtServerBackup-<SERIAL_NUMBER>.tar se nenachází ve složce /tmp na serveru pro správu systému VPLEX. Můžete jej získat z aplikace Director podle článku 119212. Ujistěte se, že mgmtServerBackup.tar Soubor je umístěn do složky /tmp serveru pro správu.
service@<cluster-1> sudo /sbin/rebootKrok 6: Server pro správu se restartuje, ale počkejte 5–10 minut, než budete pokračovat.
7. krok: Připojte se k serveru pro správu clusteru 1 a přihlaste se k
VPlexcli. Problém ndu pre-check znovu, abyste potvrdili, že chyby již nejsou přítomny.
