Symptoms
Data Protection Advisor (DPA) NetWorker jobmonitor are failing to complete successfully and within the DPA Agent logs the following error is recorded:
Unexpected EOF from worker process while running request networker:jobmonitor on NetWorker_server_name:NetWorker
Cause
This is a known issue/Defect in Data Protection Advisor.
Resolution
To be resolved in a patch above Data Protection Advisor 6.5.0 patch b147.
To be resolved in a patch above Data Protection Advisor 18.1.0 patch b89.
To be resolved in a patch above Data Protection Advisor 18.2.0 patch b40.
