Symptoms

Der Ausfall oder das Entfernen einer I/O-Karte (z. B. SAS, NIC, NVRAM, FC) führt zu einem Verlust der Kommunikation mit der betroffenen Karte. 
Hot-Swap von PCIe-Geräten wird NICHT unterstützt.

Hinweis: Der Hot-Swap-Vorgang löst einen unerwarteten Neustart des Systems aus.

Cause

Der Ausfall oder die Entfernung eines Systemmoduls (I/O-Karte)

Resolution

Überprüfen und bestätigen Sie den Status der betroffenen Karte:

  • DDCLI (SSH) # system show hardware
    • Ein fehlerhafter oder entfernter Kartensteckplatz wird als "(leer)" gemeldet 
    • Beispiel:
      sysadmin@DD# sys show hardware

      • In diesem Beispiel wird Steckplatz 7 als (leer) angezeigt, da die Karte in diesem Steckplatz ausgefallen ist.
    • Diese Ausgabe kann mit Auto-Support verglichen werden, um die fehlende Karte zu ermitteln, wenn nicht alle Steckplätze bestückt sind.

Wenn die Karte versehentlich entfernt wurde:

  • Schalten Sie die DD-Einheit aus, DDCLI (SSH):  
    • # system poweroff
  • Installieren Sie die Karte nach Bedarf neu.
  • Schalten Sie das System wieder ein.

Wenn der Verdacht besteht, dass die Karte fehlerhaft oder ausgefallen ist, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Supportanbieter, um eine Reparatur oder einen Austausch zu veranlassen.
