Symptoms

  • VMware ESXi 8.x 未偵測到任何 SPERC 儲存裝置。
  • VMware ESXi 8.x 無驅動程式 鹽酸 列出 VRTX SPERC 控制器。
  • VRTX 刀鋒可能會列出 ESXi 8.x 的支援，但 VRTX SPERC 控制器不支援此作業系統。

使用者可以使用以下的 VMware KB 連結找到與 ESXi 8.0 和已淘汰的 SPERC 及其他裝置支援的相關資訊。

  • VMware KB：裝置已在 ESXi 8.0 中淘汰且不受支援 （88172）


檢閱 VMware KB 時，請開啟頁面底部的附加檔案，如下所示：

檢閱 Excel 檔案結尾每個 TAB 鍵對應的裝置。
附加的 Excel 工作表包含已淘汰裝置的螢幕擷取畫面。 

Cause

目前或未來均未規劃適用於具備 SPERC 的 ESXi 8.x 作業系統驅動程式開發。驅動程式開發已於 VMware ESXi 7.x 停止

Resolution

安裝支援的 ESXi 版本，例如 7.x。
