XIOを使用したRecoverPointclassic システム ステータス レポートでは、1つ以上のCGについて1つ以上のエラーが報告されます
Snap interface of [CG_NAME, copy_name, RSetX] for Site_name]: ERROR制御ログに次のエラーが表示されます。

Cause
システムのデフォルトの応答サイズ制限は 4 MB (4,194,304 文字) ですが、サーバーは 5 MB (5,130,336 文字) を超える応答を返しました。その結果、応答を解析できず、API 呼び出しは e_API_FAILUREとなります。また、ビジーとしてマークされている操作は refreshMaskingGroups
Resolution
回避策:
1.boxmgmt
2を使用してRPAにログインします。アプライアンス構成の変更メニューに入ります。[2] Setup -> [8] Advanced options -> [3] Appliance config params -> [3] Change appliance config param value
3.「name」に「t_XMLRPCResponseSizeLimit
4」と入力します。値の入力: 6291456
