Symptoms

De actieknop is niet beschikbaar.

Naleving werkt en er zijn geen andere acties uitgevoerd of mislukt.

Cause

Het klantaccount voor plug-inondersteuning is niet geconfigureerd of is verlopen.

Schermafbeelding met het bericht dat het supportaccount voor de plug-in van de klant is verlopen.

Resolution

Configureer het klantensupportaccount en probeer het opnieuw.
