Resolving Avail GiB = 0 Issue
To resolve the Avail GiB = 0 issue, follow these steps:
Step 1: Disable All Backups and DD Boost Managed File Replication (MFR) Replication.
Disable all backups and MFR replication to free up disk space.
Step 2: Turn Off All Protocols.
CLI commands:
replication disable all ddboost disable cifs disable nfs disable vtl disable # (if licensed and using)
Step 3: Run Cleaning.
Run the cleaning process to free up disk space:
filesys clean set throttle 100 filesys clean start filesys clean watch
Step 4: Turn On Protocols.
After cleaning completes:
filesys clean set throttle 50 replication enable all ddboost enable cifs enable nfs enable vtl enable # (if licensed and using)
Note: Even if Cleanable GiB indicates 0 bytes would be freed, run the cleaning process as it may still free up disk space.
If available space is still 0, review the KB Data Domain: Space Usage in Data Collection Has Exceeded Threshold
