Instructions

The following logs are required to investigate this display issue the next time it occurs:

Enable DEBUG / RestAPI logging

When the issue reoccurs:

  1. Provide the browser console log (F12 Console) look for any TypeError or JSON.parse errors
  2. Browser Network tab check whether GET .../replication_session returned 200 with data or failed
  3. Collect a grab from the array after this issue reoccurs, this will include REST API logs.

A test can also be carried out with the Unisphere for PowerMax RESTAPI GET /univmax/restapi/104/file/symmetrix/SYMMID/replication_session and see if this is working every time, this will rule out any backend/connectivity issues.
