The following alert appears after a new encryption key has been added to a Data Domain:
15 Fri Aug 23 14:14:45 2013 WARNING Filesystem EVT-ENCRYPTION-00002: A new encryption key has been added to the system.
 
New encryption keys are not automatically used after being added to the system. After adding a new encryption key, run the following command to see the newly added key:
# filesys encryption keys show

After a new key is added, the old key is still used for encrypting new data. The file system must be restarted in order to begin encrypting the data with the new key:

# filesys restart
