Data Domain: DDOS 7.8 UI Core Dump Download Error

Symptoms
Core dump files cannot be downloaded from the Data Domain System Manager (DDSM) when running DD OS 7.8. The following message appears when the "Download" button is clicked:
""code":401,"messages":["Unauthorized"]"Support bundles and other log files can still be downloaded from the DDSM without issue.
Cause
This is due to a code defect. The support page was revamped in DD OS 7.8 and this issue arose as a consequence of the code change.
Resolution
Use an alternative protocol to download the file:
Upgrade to DD OS 7.10.1.1 or above:
