Symptoms

I tentativi di creare una nuova LUN o di rinominarne una esistente hanno esito negativo.

Ottenere un errore :
"Il sistema ha riscontrato un errore imprevisto. Riprovare e, se il tentativo non riesce, cercare il codice di errore sul sito web di supporto o sui forum del prodotto oppure contattare il fornitore di servizi, se disponibile. (Error Code: 0x6000003)"

Uno degli SP (storage processor) è in modalità di ripristino (modalità di servizio).

Cause

Non è possibile creare una nuova LUN o rinominare una LUN esistente mentre un SP è in modalità di ripristino (modalità di servizio)

Resolution

Verificare il motivo per cui l'SP è in modalità di ripristino (modalità di servizio) e ripristinarne il funzionamento normale prima di creare nuove LUN.
