Symptome

Il monitor esterno collegato a un notebook Latitude non visualizza il video e sembra spento.

Il problema si verifica quando il notebook viene avviato con un monitor supportato da Dell Power Button Sync (DPBS) collegato con un cavo USB-C, utilizzando il pulsante di accensione del monitor. Il LED del monitor rimane spento, il display sul monitor esterno non mostra alcun video, mentre il display LCD interno del notebook mostra il video.
