Symptome
Latitudeノートパソコンに接続されている外部モニターにビデオが表示されず、電源がオフになっているように見えます。
この問題は、Dell Power Button Sync (DPBS)対応モニターをUSB-Cケーブルで接続し、モニターの電源ボタンを使用してノートパソコンを起動すると発生します。モニターのLEDは消灯したままで、外部モニターのディスプレイにビデオが表示されませんが、ノートパソコンの内蔵LCDにはビデオが表示されます。
