Symptome

O monitor externo conectado a um notebook Latitude não mostra vídeo e parece estar desligado.

O problema ocorre quando o notebook é iniciado com um monitor Dell Power Button Sync (DPBS) compatível conectado a um cabo USB-C usando o botão liga/desliga do monitor. O LED do monitor permanece apagado, a tela do monitor externo não mostra vídeo, enquanto o LCD interno do notebook mostra vídeo.
