Symptome
Un cliente desidera eseguire l'aggiornamento alla versione 10.2, ma quando l'immagine più recente viene selezionata dall'interfaccia utente è ancora 10.1 anche se la versione più recente è 10.2.
Ursache
L'immagine di VSI 10.2 non è stata pubblicata, pertanto non è supportato l'aggiornamento da una versione precedente tramite l'interfaccia utente. Tuttavia, può essere scaricato manualmente dal cliente.
