Symptome

Dopo la migrazione da GDDR 5.3 a GDDR 6.0, le sottotasking GDDRMAIN GDDRHBM e GDDREVM hanno esito negativo all'avvio con i seguenti messaggi:

HBM ending, CURRENT PRIMARY C SYSTEM NOT DEFINED ON THIS SYSTEM
Subtask EVM ended unexpectedly      
Subtask HBM ended unexpectedly          

 

Ursache

Si tratta di un problema software noto.

 

Lösung

Soluzione:
Accedere al menu "Setup and Maintenance" e selezionare il menu "Parameter Wizard". Da qui, è possibile attivare una procedura guidata dei parametri per ricaricare i parametri che popolano le nuove variabili.

 

Correzione permanente:

  • Per GDDR 6.0, la GD60019 PTF è stata sviluppata per risolvere il problema. È disponibile per il download dal supporto online Dell

GDDR V6.0 è stato modificato per supportare l'iniziativa di lingua inclusiva Dell. Una delle modifiche implementate è che il sistema "MASTER C" è ora noto come sistema "PRIMARY C" in tutto il prodotto. Di conseguenza, la variabile globale GDDR "GLOBAL.gggg.CURRMAST.C" è stata ora modificata in "GLOBAL.gggg.CURRPRIM.C".
