Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error.

An exception similar to the following is in the node logs:

The agent logs have an error similar to the following:

Required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 and 2015 packages have not been installed on the hypervisor.

Agent installation requires .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 and 2015. 

vcredist_x64 is distributed with the agent, and can be found in the following location:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
