Symptome

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error.

必要なMicrosoft Visual C++再頒布可能パッケージ(2013/2015)がハイパーバイザーにインストールされていません。

エージェントのインストールには、.NET Framework 4.7.2以降、Microsoft Visual C++再頒布可能パッケージ2013および2015が必要です。 

vcredist_x64 はエージェントとともに配布され、次の場所にあります。

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
