Symptome

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error.

Ursache

Os pacotes obrigatórios do Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 e 2015 não foram instalados no hypervisor.

Lösung

A instalação do agente requer .NET Framework 4.7.2 ou superior, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 e 2015. 

vcredist_x64 é distribuído com o agente e pode ser encontrado no seguinte local:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
