PPDM: Konfiguration von SQL AppAware (VM Direct) schlägt aufgrund von Proxy- und Portproblemen fehl

Betroffene Produkte:

• PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM)

Symptome:

• Die Konfiguration von SQL AppAware (VM Direct) schlägt während des Setups fehl
• Fehler in PPDM:

  • Unable to register PowerProtect Agent Service. 
    HTTPSConnectionPool(host='PPDM-server-ip', port=8443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v2/adm/agentRegistration 
    (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authorization Required')))

• Die Installation des vProxy-Agenten schlägt fehl mit:

  • Command 'C:\Windows\system32\msiexec.exe' terminated with exit code 1601

• Port 7000 ist vom PPDM-Server zur Ziel-VM nicht erreichbar
• Es fehlen Administratorrechte für die Bereitstellung des SQL AppAware-Agent in der VM
• Die Proxykonfiguration blockiert die ausgehende Kommunikation, was zu einem Fehler " 407 Proxy Authorization Required " führt.

So lösen Sie das Problem:

1. Stellen Sie die Netzwerkverbindung sicher:

   • Öffnen Sie Port 8443 von der VM zum PPDM-Server
   • Öffnen Sie die Ports 111, 2049 und 2052 von der VM zum Data Domain-System
   • Öffnen Sie Port 7000 von PPDM zur Ziel-VM

2. Verwenden von Administratoranmeldedaten für den FLR-Agent während der SQL AppAware-Konfiguration

3. Überprüfen der Proxy-Einstellungen , um sicherzustellen, dass der PPDM-Server ohne Proxy-Authentifizierungsfehler extern kommunizieren kann
