Latitude 5300 2-in-1 & 5400 Chromebook: SIM card installation and activation

1. Insert a pin, SIM card tool, or straightened paper clip into the hole at the left of the SIM card tray. It is on the right-hand side of the computer [1].

2. Push it in until the card slot pops out [2].

3. Slide the tray out of the computer [3].

4. Fit the SIM card into the cut-out in the card tray.

5. Push the tray back into the slot until it clicks in place.

1. Insert a pin, SIM card tool, or straightened paper clip into the hole at the left of the microSIM card tray. It is on the right-hand side of the computer [1].

2. Push it in until the card slot pops out [2].

3. Slide the tray out of the computer [3].

4. Fit the microSIM card into the cut-out in the card tray.

5. Push the tray back into the slot until it clicks in place.

1. Install the SIM/microSIM card (See figure.1/figure.2).

2. Activate your mobile broadband service:

   1. Locate your IMEI and ICCID by clicking the Time at the bottom right of the screen and click on the wireless drop-down menu:

   2. Ensure you are connected to the network and Mobile Data is turned on before you click the network settings cog:

   3. Click Mobile data:

   4. Select the Advanced drop-down drawer:

   5. Note down the IMEI and ICCID from the list:
